  • Providing advice to limit the impact of Welfare Reforms and the implementation of Universal Credit.

The Housing Income Service, including the Tenancy Support Team will operate between 08.00 and 18:00 Monday to Friday, and 08:30 and 12:30 on Saturday. The post holder will be required to work on a rota to cover service provision during these times as part of the operating arrangements.
