Telephonist - Due to continued expansion we are looking for one Telephonist to work in our control room here at Ambulance Transfers limited.
Responsibilities and Duties
- To work closely with the control team, liaising with road staff informing them of new runs or any changes to work.
- To answer all phone calls in a polite and professional manner within the expected time parameters.
- To answer all hospital/ clinic/ patient queries with regards to their patient transport.
- Updating all bookings on the cleric system with any changes made on the day.
Hours of work
4 on 4 off shift pattern
12 hour shifts
7pm-7am
Overtime Available

£12.21 per hour
