Location: Working in our Belper office
Hours: 30 hours per week covering Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday

Key Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and booking taxis using our iCabbi dispatch system
- Providing excellent customer service over the phone
- Coordinating with drivers and dispatch to ensure prompt service
- Handling a range of enquiries and resolving customer issues politely and efficiently
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in customer service or a call-handling role
- Clear and confident phone manner
- Good local knowledge (or willingness to learn)
- Strong computer skills and ability to multitask
- Calm, reliable, and able to work under pressure

- Microsoft Excel: 1 year (preferred)
