About Us

The Role
We are looking for confident, motivated telesales professionals to join our team in Blackpool. Your main responsibility will be to contact local businesses by phone and sell them advertising space on our widely distributed golf scorecards.
Key Responsibilities
Making outbound sales calls to business owners
Explaining the benefits of our advertising product
Handling objections with confidence and closing sales
Sending email follow-ups to leads and clients
Keeping customer records up to date in our CRM system
Performing general admin tasks using basic IT systems
Requirements
Prior sales or customer service experience is helpful but not essential
Strong communication skills and the ability to think quickly
Resilience and confidence on the phone
Familiarity with email and basic data entry
CRM experience is a bonus
Motivated, positive attitude with a focus on hitting targets
What We Offer
£20,000 base salary with uncapped commissions
Realistic OTE of £45,000 to £50,000, with top earners reaching £70,000
A fast-paced, supportive office environment
Full product training and regular support
Paid breaks: one 30-minute lunch and two 10-minute short breaks daily
Working Hours
Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
