Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, promoting our products and services, and generating leads to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales techniques, and the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce products and services.
- Engage in warm calling to follow up on leads generated through marketing efforts.
- Utilize negotiation skills to close sales and meet or exceed targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM software accordingly.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for business development.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate benefits to clients.
- Assist in marketing initiatives by providing feedback on customer responses and preferences.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in telemarketing or inside sales, preferably in technology or B2B sales environments.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce is highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful sales outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of business development strategies and marketing principles is a plus.
- A customer-focused mindset with the ability to build relationships over the phone.

Pay: £24,420.00-£45,910.27 per year
