Job Title: Technical Coordinator

What you’ll be doing:

• Support in daily office duties and document control

• Distributing documents to appropriate teams and team leaders

• Helping to organise travel and confirming bookings and arrangements

• Supporting meetings by organising conference rooms and minute taking

• General administerial duties to include Mailbox management, meeting scheduling, and diary management

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

• Solid experience working with Excel Spreadsheets (formulae), to support budget management and data analysis

• Previous office experience

• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with teams and internal/external stakeholders

Desirable:

• Level 3 Business Administration Qualification

The Airfield Team:

As a technical Coordinator within the Walney Airfield, you’ll be joining a well-established team known for its strong working relationships and passion for delivering excellence. This team is responsible for managing the private airfield for BAE and assisting with the organisation and smooth running of business-related travel for key Stakeholders. You will be helping to support the business in effective running and achieving project progression.

We offer relocation support packages across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
