To form an integral part of the AvantiGas site safety reporting Process which aims to improve and maintain the standard of AvantiGas customer installations by actioning and following a risk-based approach to site compliance and safety related issues reported by our field representatives
To provide timely communications and advice on matters of site safety improvements to our external Customers and act as a focal point to ensure support is available through to resolution.
Provide a customer focused support function and feedback to the wider business linking in with key departments to ensure the business can meet its objectives.
Responsibilities:
- To administrate non-compliant sites through the resolution process to meet the commercial and legal appropriate solution
- Communicate and liaise with customers to support AvantiGas large customer base and provide notifications, engineers drawings and documentation in line with Engineering Document Management System (EDMS)
- Categorise and implement the level of mitigation relevant to the risk and find resolution to safety related matters by understanding industry best practice (COP) and following a risk assessed management tool (BRAG)
- Liaison with drivers and communications on SSR progress VIA safety reports
- Follow and abide by all UGII/AGL procedures, policies and golden rules
- Support the Competition Commission Order (CCO) Process, in line with company procedures
- Point of contact to the CES function and Wider Technical Department administration duties and support as required.
- Role ideally suited to a self-motivated individual who understands the impact of leadership at every level, a natural problem solver and team player who will go the extra mile to satisfy our customers with the best solution

- The role is office based, Working within a regional technical team,
- National Travel as required
Profile
Functional:
- Understanding of the LGUK Codes of practice
- Full clean driving licence
- Demonstrable LPG experience in the relevant field.
- Good time management and organisation
- Ability to approach problems and find novel solutions
- Flexible approach to work
- Strong customer focus and ability to converse and coerce/persuade customers and stakeholders alike
- Competent in the use of Sharepoint, CRM, JDE and Microsoft packages specifically Outlook Excel & Word
- Ability to understand legislation relating to the role
- Practical risk management experience, qualification desirable
