The Role: Talent Strategy Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Talent Strategy Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about recruitment and eager to design, lead, and optimize hiring strategies in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will work within the talent strategy team supporting the full recruitment lifecycle, building strong clients, and shaping the success of our RPO services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the discovery process, onboarding, and implementation of new clients

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand hiring needs, provide updates, and deliver tailored recruitment solutions

  • Partner with clients and internal teams to create clear, compelling job descriptions that attract top talent

  • Stay informed on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices, providing clients with strategic insights to stay competitive

  • Maintain and update candidate databases to ensure accurate and organized information for future hiring needs

  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction to optimize processes and demonstrate results

  • Collaborate with other departments such as sales and marketing to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals and enhance service delivery

  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal standards, company policies, and diversity and inclusion best practices

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within RPO or the wider talent acquisition industry

  • Understanding of recruitment processes, pipelines, and best practices

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Self-motivated with initiative, adaptability, and a sense of urgency

  • Ability to thrive in a fully remote, fast-paced, and evolving environment

  • Proficiency with recruitment software and tools
