We are looking for two Support Workers for our homes in Exeter.
Support Worker Benefits Include:
- 214.5 hours including a fully paid 13 sleeps annual leave per year
- Sleep in rate of £60
- 121 sleep's guaranteed per year totaling £7,260
- Over time rate of £18.07 p/h with level 3 and £17.50 unqualified
- We have support workers earning in excess of £40,000 per annum (depending upon experience and inclusive of enhanced overtime)

- £500 welcome bonus upon successful passing of your probation (for applicants recruited through Indeed)

- 45p per mile for work related travel

Acorn Independence provides supported accommodation for vulnerable young people aged 16-18 years.

You will be provided full training and a funded NVQ Level 4 children and young people qualification after 6 months probationary period , we offer opportunities for professional development and training to enhance your career.
You’ll need to sleep at the home during your shifts which means you’ll be able to work your full week in 2-3 days!
