We have an exciting opportunity for a Casual Support worker to join our dedicated team in based in Llanelli.
In this role, you will support people to build relationships, try new things, and feel part of their community – so that they can live good lives.
Please note this is a casual 0 hour contract. You will be based across our services in the Llanelli region.
You will need to hold a full UK driving license for this role. The hourly rate is £13.15. We also pay an enhanced rate for wake nights.

What You'll Do
As a Support Worker, you will:
- Support people to do the things they enjoy, try new experiences, and live good lives.
- Assist with household tasks, shopping, meal preparation, personal care, and maintaining routines.
- Encourage and support people to strengthen relationships with family, friends, and their community.
- Work alongside professionals such as social workers, nurses, and occupational therapists to ensure people receive the best support.
- Listen to the people you support and support them to make choices about their lives.
