Monday – Thursday 8:30 am – 5 pm and Friday 8:30 am – 4 pm

Key Responsibilities of the Supply Chain Relationship Coordinator
- Execute daily supply chain activities to meet agreed customer service levels.
- Support the Supply Chain Relationship team to deliver excellent service while meeting cost targets.
- Analyse service level reports to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Maintain customer scorecards and ensure accurate supply reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and consistent communication.
- Prepare for and participate in supply meetings, providing relevant data and insights.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.
- Support forecasting and stock management for customer activity planning.

They will have a clear customer service focus, demonstrating professionalism and a proactive approach in every interaction. Excellent administrative skills and a sharp attention to detail are essential, along with a confident and professional telephone manner.
