We're looking for a motivated, hard working and hands-on person with a proven track record to join and lead our brilliant front of house team as a supervisor.
Our supervisors are responsible for guiding great shifts, leading our brilliant team to deliver our great service and fantastic products and ensuring our customers have an excellent visit whilst ensuring key metrics are met on shift.
What you’ll be doing
Acting as a key holder you'll lead a variety of shifts. You may be freshly preparing our in-house made breakfast, lunch and bakery items and setting every shift up for success with clear communication of goals and expectations; or you may be leading by example by crafting the best coffee around and relentlessly delivering a great experience to our customers and team- coaching our team where necessary and praising a job well done.

You’ll have a proven record of being trustworthy, flexible and reliable and already display characteristics in line with our company values.
You’ll have experience of working in a small team and proven experience of leading a team to deliver results and managing performance. You’ll have a desire to share responsibility because as you’ll know, it’s about working as a team. You’ll have previous experience in a similar fast paced environment and have knowledge of food handling, hygiene and allergen awareness.
You’ll work well in a fast paced environment, have excellent analytical skills and a desire to excel by turning your excellent product knowledge to operational results. You’ll have the confidence to make bold decisions safely to ensure the performance of our team and our business.
