We’re on the lookout for two friendly, experienced Supervisor to join the team at Edinburgh's newest venue Cafe Calton.
This is full time position for 40-hour-per-week role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and is passionate about excellent service.
What You’ll Do:
- Support the senior management team with the day-to-day running of the venue
- Lead by example on the floor and behind the coffee machine
- Open and close the venue, supervise shifts, and support junior staff
- Ensure consistent service standards and a warm, welcoming atmosphere for our guests
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous supervisor or senior front-of-house experience
- Positive, proactive, happy attitude and a genuine love of hospitality
- Previous barista experience and confidence in preparing coffee is preferred
- Organised, reliable, and comfortable taking the lead when needed
Minimum 40 hours per week with mixed shift pattern
