Off the back of several high-profile wins, we’re on the lookout for a Strategist who’s equal parts thinker, doer, and collaborator. Someone who can get under the skin of a brief, uncover what really matters, and shape work that delivers real impact.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Interrogating briefs to uncover the real marketing challenges and objectives.
• Leading discovery sessions and workshops with clients to build shared understanding and ambition.
• Using tools and data platforms to analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and performance insights.
• Producing high-quality presentations and strategic documents that bring clarity and vision.
• Championing the role of strategy across the agency, both internally and externally.
• Collaborating with external research partners and suppliers to ensure we stay at the cutting edge of insight.
• Supporting new business efforts, including pitches, tenders, and identifying growth opportunities.
• Shaping internal best practice: from process documentation to templates, training, and tools.
• Acting as an ambassador for Accord at events, in thought leadership, and across social platforms.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong strategic thinker, backed by experience and frameworks you know how to apply and adapt.
• Excellent communicator (written, verbal and visual).
• Confidence in turning complex data into clear, actionable insight.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence others.
• An open thinker always looking to improve and learn.
• Curiosity, creativity, and commercial awareness.
