Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create engaging content tailored for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor and manage social media accounts, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Analyse social media performance metrics and prepare reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in social media management.
- Foster relationships with influencers and key stakeholders to enhance public relations efforts.
Skills
- Proven experience in public relations and social media management.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using social media analytics tools to measure success and inform strategy.
