We are looking for an experienced and motivated Store Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the overseeing the daily operations of the store, including customer service, stock management including ordering and covering the store manager in their absence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a food and beverage environment and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service
- Ensure exceptional customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
- Monitor service speed and quality.
- Act as the point person for escalated issues during shifts.
3. Operations Oversight
- Open and/or close the shop, following procedures.
- Ensure all areas (shop floor, kitchen, storage) are clean and organised.
- Monitor health and safety standards, including food safety and hygiene.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
4. Inventory & Supplies
- Monitor stock levels for coffee, baked goods, and supplies.
- Alert management when stock is low.
- Oversee deliveries and ensure correct storage of ingredients and goods.

Pay: From £12.50-£13.00 per hour
