We are seeking a site supervisor for a well established venue in Shipley, hosting a variety of events. We host weddings, conferences and open public events. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated site supervisor, to assist with the day to day organisation of the venue and staff. Key Responsibilities - managing staff members and organising rota's - Responsibility of managing the bar and overseeing other staff members - Making and managing relevant orders, for the venue - the ability to thrive working in a team, as well as working solo alongside the kitchen team for efficent service. - Dealing with existing bookings and any incoming new enquiries. - Responsibility of site security. Skills: - Bar Trained, including Cellar - Experience of managing others - Proven ability of implementing displinerary procedures where required - Demonstration of a high level of communication with own staff members and management - Experience of high levels of customer service - Cash handling
