Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee operations at our project sites. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills and a proven track record in supervising teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
Duties
- Supervise daily operations on-site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage and coordinate the activities of engineers
- Monitor project progress to ensure each job turns a profit
- Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with project specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality and adherence to timelines.
- Facilitate communication between project management, clients, and team members to ensure alignment on objectives.
Experience
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the social housing sector is essential
- Experience with creating specifications using SOR coding format, desirable
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail, ensuring all aspects of the project are managed efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective interaction with diverse groups of people

Pay: £31,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
