About you:
- SIA certificate holder
- You need to be a British citizen or have working rights.
- You need to be able to handle any sort of situation in English.
- Excellent communication skills
- Responsible, reliable & flexible
- Hostel, hotel or bar security experience is a plus
- Experience in Team leading is preferable
Your tasks:
- Door supervision, noise control
- Maintaining order in our bar (it's not a public bar, only open to our guests)
- Controlling communal areas
- Dealing with guests in a friendly and respectful manner
- Staff training and scheduling, support management in hiring
- Shifts are from 6 pm till 2 am , 7 pm till 3 am and 8 pm till 4 am (night shifts only!)
- Working 4-5 days out of 7
