Job Description
Due to significant and sustained growth in all parts of the business, DS Education are seeking to appoint experienced Highfield Approved trainers on a freelance basis to work in our expanding Pre-Employment adult learning provision, delivering expert teaching and learning in the SIA subject area.
You will be a creative, enthusiastic, and inspiring trainer. Working alongside our Head of Centre and the Quality teams, you will develop and deliver the highest level of quality training for our learners.
You will strive to deliver an outstanding learning experience on behalf of DS Education to learners in preparation for their next steps.
Main duties
You will deliver classroom based to groups of learners working towards an accredited qualification in the relevant subject area. After identifying their strengths and weaknesses through initial assessment, you will support them accordingly.
The successful candidate will be flexible with their delivery methods within the online and physical setting and be able to adapt quickly to learners’ needs. As part of this role you must be engaging and able to demonstrate energy and passion to motivate / train learners to help them realise their potential.

The ideal candidates will hold a recognised assessing qualification and have a demonstrated track record of supervisory/managerial level experience in the security sector with strong training experience.
