As a Team Leader based at one of our client’s locations, you will take a frontline leadership role during night and weekend shifts, ensuring the safety of the site and the well-being of residents, clients, and customers. This is a hands-on role that blends active site security, and leadership responsibilities to uphold the high standards we are known for.

Key Responsibilities
As a Team Leader, your role will be varied and dynamic. You will be expected to:
- Lead by example, ensuring staff follow all site procedures and maintain professional conduct
- Conduct active night patrols to identify security breaches, safeguarding concerns, and safety hazards
- Monitor CCTV systems and respond to any suspicious or unusual activity
- Complete all required documentation accurately, including incident reports and daily logs
- Control access to the site, including ID checks and monitoring entry/exit points
- Where applicable, support vulnerable residents with professionalism, empathy, and discretion
- Maintain open communication with emergency services and external agencies as needed
- Keep the security office and communal areas clean, safe, and hazard-free
- Provide guidance and support to on-site teams, serving as the primary point of contact during your shift
- Report and escalate maintenance issues or other urgent concerns promptly
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- A valid SIA Door Supervision or Security Guarding licence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A calm, compassionate, and professional approach
- Strong organisational skills and reliable timekeeping
- Proven experience leading or mentoring others
- A full UK driving licence, access to a reliable vehicle, and the ability to travel between sites
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Availability and flexibility to work night and weekend shifts
