Sales Assistant (Part-Time) – Eastbourne
21 hours per week | 3 x 7-hour shifts (9am–5pm)
No evenings | Closed Sundays & Bank Holidays
Clearwell Mobility is the South East’s leading specialist retailer of mobility equipment, dedicated to helping people live more independently. With 11 showrooms and a strong reputation since 2004, we are now looking for a friendly, customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team in Eastbourne.
About the Role:
As a Sales Assistant, you’ll be the welcoming face of our showroom, offering personalised, one-to-one support to customers looking for mobility products. This is a relaxed, non-targeted retail role where helping customers find the right solution is what matters most.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a warm, professional manner
- Help customers choose products that suit their needs, lifestyle, and home
- Handle purchases, returns, and exchanges with care and attention to detail
- Process telephone and online orders and arrange dispatch
- Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing showroom

No previous product knowledge required – full training provided!
