Role Responsibilities:
- Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Operating the till and handling cash/card transactions
- Stocking shelves and ensuring products are well-presented
- Assisting with deliveries and stock rotation
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised shop floor
- Answering customer enquiries and offering product recommendations
Requirements:
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred (but not essential – training provided)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
