Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Shift Supervisor to join our team in overseeing daily operations at Starbucks. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality, and team management.
This is a FT position on a 32hr contract working a mixture of shifts from 6.15am-10.30pm Monday-Sunday
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate partners during shifts
- Ensure efficient service operations
- Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members
- Oversee inventory management and ordering processes
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Proficiency in kitchen operations and bar tending is advantageous
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £12.55-£13.20 per hour
