Working within a collaborative team of e-commerce experts, you’ll take full ownership of Paid Social accounts and work closely with graphic designers to deliver exceptional creative performance.
You’ll be supported with structured development plans and clear career progression as part of a fast-paced, ambitious agency environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimise a portfolio of Paid Social accounts to drive client growth and retention.
- Develop creative strategies and write design briefs in collaboration with graphic designers.
- Conduct in-depth research during client onboarding and ongoing account development.
- Lead clear, valuable client communications via Slack and Google Meet.
- Prioritise client profitability in all strategic decisions and performance goals.
Essential Experience:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience managing Paid Social campaigns.
- At least 2 years working in E-commerce, ideally within DTC.
- Demonstrated understanding of creative strategy and performance optimisation.
- Strong analytical and data management skills with a performance-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities within an agency setting.
Salary: £32,000 – £38,000
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
