We are looking to hire a Paid Media Executive to join our team! Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll take ownership of our performance marketing strategy across key platforms including Google, Meta and Microsoft Ads. You’ll lead on the planning, execution and optimisation of paid campaigns, using data to drive decision-making and deliver measurable growth in bookings. This is a hands-on role where your insight, creativity and commercial focus will directly shape our digital presence and contribute to the success of a well-established North West-based travel brand!

What you’ll do:
- Plan, implement and continuously optimise paid media campaigns across Google, Microsoft Ads and Meta, aligned to commercial performance goals.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation and bid strategy planning to ensure maximum relevancy and return on spend.
- Write and test compelling ad copy and creative assets tailored to different customer segments, platforms and stages of the funnel.
- Implement structured A/B and multivariate testing plans to refine creative, targeting and bidding approaches based on robust performance data.
- Monitor daily campaign performance, adjusting budgets, bids and targeting in real time to maintain pacing and improve overall efficiency.
- Analyse underperforming campaigns to troubleshoot issues and improve strategies across Search, Performance Max, Display, Video, and Social PPC.
- Manage the integration of paid media campaigns into our HubSpot CRM, including the setup of tracking, workflows and lead nurturing automation.
- Build and maintain insightful reports and dashboards using Looker Studio and other tools, clearly communicating trends, findings and opportunities.
- Present findings and recommendations to internal partners to support wider marketing and business strategy.
- Keep up to date with the latest ad platform updates, industry trends and automation tools, applying standard process to evolve our in-house approach.
- Maintain internal documentation and SOPs to ensure clarity, consistency and knowledge sharing across the wider marketing team.
What you’ll bring:
- Demonstrated ability in a hands-on PPC role (in-house or agency)
- Expertise across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Meta Business Suite
- Strong understanding of analytics tools including GA4, GTM, and Keyword Planner
- Experience integrating with HubSpot or other CRMs
- Confidence managing significant budgets with a focus on return on investment
- Sharp analytical skills and Excel know-how (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
- Comfortable communicating data in Looker Studio or similar tools
- A proactive, curious demeanour and a desire to keep learning
- Bonus points for Google Ads certifications
