We’re looking for a Senior Estimator who’s ready to step up and lead on converting warm and hot leads – not just price jobs behind a desk.
At RED Systems, we deliver technically complex aluminium glazing, façades and curtain walling projects across the UK, working with major contractors and developers. Our 75% repeat business rate says a lot about how we operate – trusted, technically solid, and delivery-focused.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading the estimating process across a defined region
- Preparing accurate tenders and cost plans in line with our SOPs
- Building and maintaining relationships with key clients and supply chain partners
- Attending technical appraisals and client meetings
- Working closely with Pre-Construction, Commercial and Delivery teams
- Contributing to continuous improvement and CRM upkeep
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years' experience in an Estimator or Senior Estimator role
- Strong knowledge of glazing systems, curtain walling, or façades
- A commercial mindset with technical accuracy
- Excellent attention to detail and confident communication skills
- Familiarity with estimating tools like LogiKal and MS Office
- A track record of converting quality tenders into orders
- Full UK driving licence (occasional travel required)
- North West based, with the ability to attend our Wirral HQ a few times per week

Working Hours & Location
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Based at our Wirral HQ, with hybrid flexibility after onboarding
- North West location required for practical commuting
