We're on the lookout for a talented and experienced Estimator to join our fast-growing signage and graphics company, Sauce. Based in Caerphilly, we deliver high-quality signage solutions to clients across the UK, from bold branding to large-scale installations.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing accurate, timely, and competitive quotations for a wide range of signage projects
- Liaising with our design, production, and project management teams to understand job requirements
- Interpreting technical drawings and specifications to calculate material and labour costs
- Advising on production methods and value engineering where needed
- Managing costings and tender submissions
- Occasionally visiting sites or speaking with clients to clarify project details
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in signage estimating – this is a must
- Excellent knowledge of signage materials, fabrication methods, and installation processes
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail
- A confident communicator who can work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using Clarity Software is a bonus, but not essential
