Role: Senior Domiciliary Carer
Pay: £13 per hour: Care Calls and Travel Time, £15 per hour: Senior Duties
plus paid travel time at £13.00 per hour and 45p mileage

We are looking to recruit a passionate and dedicated home carer to come and support our growing home care business, Homelium. We’re looking an individual who have a passionate and caring nature, looking to work for a company where everything you do has the potential to touch lives!
***Successful candidates must be subject to a minimum average of 30 hours worked per week with the availability to do alternate weekends.***
Role Responsibilities
- Aiding with resident’s personal hygiene
- Assisting with personal care and daily living activities such as serving meals and feeding, dressing, general assistance with comfort etc.
- Providing companionship for our clients and administering medication
- Leading a team of carers in the local area and ensuring client calls are covered always
- Updating care plans, supporting with updating rotas
- Working closing with the regional care manager to support in the local community and increase our client base as well as pool of staff
- Attending local coffee mornings and events to support the community with care enquiries they may need
- Supporting with oncall one week out every three
- Upholding a strong level of clinical standards the high standards of Homelium, including undergoing required training and development
Skills and Experience
- You must have a driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- All applicants must have the right to work in the UK
- Previous experience as a carer maybe willing to step up or as an established senior carer
- You will have strong communication and organisation skills
- You will be reliable and punctual, trustworthy and honest
- Be willing to undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service check
