Job Overview:
We are seeking a temporary part-time Heat Press Operator to join our dynamic team at Clic Clothing. This role starts with 20 hours per week, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with the potential to grow into a full-time position based on performance and experience. The ideal candidate will have prior heat press experience, a strong work ethic, and a passion for quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heat press machines to transfer designs onto apparel with precision and care.
- Ensure high-quality results by checking designs for accuracy, colour consistency, and proper placement.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on heat press machines.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and maintain workflow.
- Adhere to company policies, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Prior experience operating a Heat Press is essential.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and a focus on producing high-quality work.
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude, drive, and motivation to succeed.
- Ability to work 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM, with the possibility of additional hours based on business needs.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to work in a team environment.
