We’re now recruiting for the 2025/2026 academic year and have flexible teaching opportunities across Hampshire, supporting children and young people who need 1:1 or 2:1 provision outside mainstream school.

- Planning and delivering personalised, creative, educational sessions that reflect each learner’s needs, interests and abilities, particularly in Maths and English
- Running sessions during the school day (term time only) that typically last 3 to 5 hours
- Engaging with students who may have autism, ADHD, SEMH needs, GDD or complex needs and helping them achieve outcomes at their pace
- Working flexibly as part of a compassionate, expert-led team that values you and your skills
Who we’re looking for:
We welcome applications from individuals who have:
- Experience (at least 1 year) as teachers, tutors, teaching assistants, SEN specialists and education professionals who have directly supported young people with SEN/SEMH needs
- A background in Early Years, Primary, Secondary, Functional Skills or Post 16 teaching, or specialist SEND environments
- A minimum of 2 consistent weekdays available
- An up-to-date knowledge of safeguarding and child protection
Familiarity with Makaton, PECS or other communication strategies is an advantage, as are de-escalation and behaviour management skills.
