We’re looking for an organised, proactive, and customer-focused Scheduling Coordinator to join our busy Service Team. If you love keeping things running smoothly, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a knack for logistics, this is your moment!
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate and manage field engineer diaries across the UK & Ireland
- Book customer visits (maintenance, repairs, site evaluations, breakdowns)
- Liaise with customers to schedule and confirm appointments
- Raise jobs in SAP and scheduling systems
- Quote parts/labour and manage repair jobs from start to finish
- Track warranty claims and maintain calibration/tool registers
- Keep vehicle records, safety cards, and inductions up to date
- Attend weekly planning meetings and support with admin tasks
What You’ll Bring:
- Excellent organisation and planning skills
- Ability to prioritise under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Confident communicator with a professional phone manner
- Customer-first mindset and a helpful, can-do attitude
- Strong IT skills: Microsoft Office is essential, SAP/Protean is a plus
- Team player who also works well independently
- Knowledge of H&S procedures and logistics across the UK & Ireland is a bonus
