We are seeking a proactive and well-organised Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for a range of administrative and customer service duties, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Computer-based scheduling and diary management
- Planning and organising vehicle routes efficiently
- Booking customer treatments and managing appointments
- Handling all types of customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Managing customer accounts and processing payments
- Providing high-quality customer service at all times
- Supporting general receptionist duties and front-of-house responsibilities

- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
