Hours: Full time, seasonal, working 5 days out of 7, including weekends and bank holidays as required by the business.

Here at Chessington World of Adventures the 2025 Season is in full swing, and we are looking for a Resort Scheduling Co-Ordinator to join the team!

ROLE DESCRIPTION

Day to day this role will include:

  • Support with the departmental administrative tasks
  • Handling and recording absence calls
  • Responding to any scheduling queries whilst maintaining our time and attendance system
  • Work closely with the Resource Planners and key department stakeholders across the business to ensure that the timely provision of all resourcing and rota needs are met

Qualifications & Experience

  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and being able to prioritise effectively
