Scheduling Administrator

Hours Per Week: 40

Salary: £26,000 per annum – Location: Head Office, Sidcup

Vehicle and Asset Solutions are looking for a Scheduling Administrator to join our Audit team on a full time permanent basis.

You will be based in our head office in Sidcup. Main responsibilities will be to liaise with both field audit colleagues and clients, handling data, accurately producing and maintaining schedules. All in-house systems are internally developed and, as such, on the job training will be provided.

Vehicle and Asset Solutions are the market leaders in this industry, working closely with leading motor finance companies to mitigate financial risk in their dealer networks.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated person to join our team. The role incorporates the below responsibilities, but will also require adapting to the changing requirements of the business:

· To accurately produce and maintain schedules and records for the completion of audits using the SMART system in conjunction with the audit schedule.

· To assist in sending out the monthly schedules via email to the auditors in a timely manner.

. To download and manipulate data from client systems.

· To respond immediately to high priority client audit requests.

· To work with the field team to obtain proposed audit dates.

· To liaise with clients regarding the audit schedule and any issues that arise during the month.

· To ensure that the Clients audit schedules are completed within the KPI

· To monitor any overdue audits and to ensure they are completed within a timely manner as per the funders requirements.

Skills & experience you will need:

· Good knowledge of Excel,

· Must be self-motivated and driven, with a positive can-do attitude,

· Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment,

· Customer focused, with a desire to take ownership of customer queries,

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills,

· Effective time management and prioritising skills,

· Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues,

· Problem-solving skills.
