There is an opportunity to join our team as a Scheduling Coordinator.
The role:
As a Scheduling Coordinator you will be accountable for:
- Fault calls
- Scheduling reactive and remedial visits for customers in the Southern region
- Management of job turnaround
- Liaising with external engineering team
- Hitting attendance SLA's whilst managing customers expectations
The successful candidate must be able to:
- Multi task
- Meet deadlines under pressure
- Be friendly and approachable
- Tackle issues with a positive attitude
- Previous scheduling background (favourable)
- Good knowledge of Southern area (preferred but not essential)
