Overview
We’re looking for a proactive and organised Sales Support & Lead Generation Coordinator to join our friendly and ambitious team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being part of a team, has strong communication skills, and is keen to develop a career in business or sales.
Whether you already have some sales experience or you’re a school leaver looking for your first full-time role, we’ll provide the training and support you need to thrive. What matters most is your positive attitude, willingness to learn, and desire to help grow the business.
What you’ll be doing day-to-day:
- Supporting the sales team with admin, lead management, and campaign coordination
- Researching, tracking, and maintaining prospect and lead databases
- Making outbound calls and sending emails to identify and qualify new business opportunities
- Helping create and send targeted email campaigns to potential clients
- Engaging with prospects via social media (mainly LinkedIn)
- Assisting with client and market research to understand potential customer needs
- Collecting and reporting on lead generation data to support business planning
- Developing a strong understanding of our insurance products and target markets
- Ensuring CRM systems are kept up to date with accurate lead and contact information
What we’re looking for:
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good communication skills — both verbal and written
- A confident and friendly phone manner
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using basic IT systems and willing to learn new tools
- A team player who’s happy to get stuck in and support others
- Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role is a bonus, but not essential
