Role Overview:
As a Junior Event Sales Coordinator, you’ll support the planning, setup, and execution of marketing events while taking an active role in generating sales. This role is ideal for someone looking to start their career in events, sales, or marketing. You’ll gain hands-on experience, learn how to build rapport with customers, and help drive results on behalf of top-tier brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the coordination and logistics of live marketing events
- Set up promotional stands, displays, and materials at event sites
- Engage with event attendees in a friendly and professional manner
- Promote client products or services and convert interest into sales
- Help manage event stock, signage, and team materials
- Track customer interactions and feedback
- Support the events team in achieving daily and weekly sales targets
- Represent the company and client brands to a high standard
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A confident and outgoing personality
- Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required
- Interest in sales, marketing, or event coordination
- Previous experience in events, retail, hospitality, or promotions is a bonus — but not essential
