We’re looking for a new team member to join our high-energy, super-social product partnerships team. You’ll be the go-to contact for our independent partners, ensuring they stay engaged and supported through exceptional service, retention conversations, and QA activities.
What you’ll do:
- Be the friendly voice supporting our restaurant and hospitality partners
- Manage retention, resolve issues, and keep partner relationships strong
- Carry out QA checks, mystery shops, and outbound calls
- Log insights, track activity, and collaborate with our growing team
What you’ll bring:
- Great phone and email skills
- Confidence handling objections and juggling tasks
- Positive, proactive attitude and strong attention to detail
