Senior Sales & Operations Administrator
Location: St Leonards on Sea, East Sussex
Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm
We are Marble 2 Marvel – a bespoke stone fabrication company working with high-end residential and commercial clients across the South East. We’re known for our precision craftsmanship and exceptional customer care. We are now looking for a highly organised and sales-motivated Senior Sales & Operations Administrator to join our small, dedicated team.
This is a key role at the heart of the business – ideal for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility, and working in a creative, hands-on environment.
What you'll do:
- Be the first point of contact for clients, suppliers and partners
- Coordinate and monitor the production calendar, liaising between customers and our production team
- Manage quotations and follow up on sales opportunities
- Raise invoices and place material orders
- Maintain accurate digital and paper files
- Assist customers in the office/showroom with materials and selections
- Monitor stock and office supplies
- Handle email and phone correspondence professionally
- Support the Directors with business operations, marketing
- Uphold smooth, efficient day-to-day running of the office

- A willingness to learn about natural stone and the industry
- Previous experience in a similar admin, coordination, or sales support role is essential
