Role Overview
As a Junior Call Centre Sales Specialist, you will engage with customers over the phone, present tailored marketing solutions, and contribute to sales growth. Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce products and services
- Handle inbound calls, responding to customer enquiries and providing solutions
- Present marketing offers and promotions to drive sales conversions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
- Work towards individual and team sales targets
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to optimise strategies
Skills and Qualifications
