What you’ll be doing:
- Negotiate offers and agreeing sales to achieve the best outcome for clients
- Working on your list of hot applicants, matching and pro-actively arranging viewings
- Carry out viewings with professionalism and confidence and build a strong relationship with active buyers
- Progress the sale from accepted offer to completion by keeping a regular, active involvement with vendor, buyer and solicitors
- Support the Valuer with price expectations and market adjustments
- Work as part of a team which services both sales and lettings clients
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator (minimum 2 years, ideally)
- A results-driven approach with a track record of hitting and exceeding targets
- Strong knowledge of the local property market (Chorley, Leyland and surrounding areas preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
- Positive, pro-active outlook and outgoing personality
- Team player with a focus on personal results and achievements
