Operating from our Bromley Office in Chatterton Village, we are looking to appoint a driven and motivated negotiator to join our team that operates within this vibrant sector of the market. It is essential that ideal candidates will be well presented with strong communication and time management skills. Must be a car owner with good local area knowledge.
Responsibilities and Duties
The role will involve; qualifying potential buyers, identifying their needs and matching them to suitable properties, viewing properties, negotiating offers and liaising with solicitors and mortgage brokers, delivering the highest levels of customer service both to buyers and sellers. Working as part of an established team you will be responsible for assisting the team in achieving its goals and targets. There will be options for involvement in other areas of the business through training and promotion opportunities for motivated candidates.

Competitive basic salary and uncapped personal commission structure with "ON TARGET EARNINGS" in excess of £35,000 pa
5 working days a week - Monday to Saturday with one day off in the week
