Are you an experienced warehouse or logistics supervisor with a sharp eye for process and performance? We're looking for a dynamic Reverse Operations Inbound Supervisor to lead and optimise our returns operation – where efficiency, accuracy, and teamwork are everything.
Your Role
As the Reverse Ops Inbound Supervisor, you’ll take charge of the inbound returns area, ensuring stock is received, processed, and recorded accurately while driving safety, quality, and service standards. This role plays a crucial part in minimising waste, reducing turnaround times, and maximising asset recovery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of warehouse operatives across the inbound returns shift
- Ensure all returned goods are processed efficiently and in line with company SLAs
- Maintain accurate inventory records and manage discrepancies quickly
- Monitor KPIs and report on performance, using data to drive improvements
- Uphold all H&S, compliance, and quality control standards
- Support training, onboarding, and performance development of team members
- Liaise with other departments including Outbound, Inventory, and Customer Service to ensure smooth operations
What You'll Need
- Proven experience in a fast-paced warehouse or logistics environment
- Supervisory or team leadership background (ideally in returns/reverse logistics)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confidence with WMS or similar stock/inventory systems
- A proactive, hands-on leadership style with a focus on results
- Understanding of lean processes or continuous improvement is a plus

Pay: £35,000.00-£38,400.00 per year
