This opportunity:
This role focuses on guiding and supporting members and customers through their quote, application, onboarding and renewal journeys, ensuring a seamless and positive experience while fostering loyalty and retention.
In addition to supporting individual members, you will manage a portfolio of small corporate accounts, developing strategic relationships by understanding their business needs and delivering customised solutions for sustainable and profitable partnerships.
With expert product knowledge and proactive service, you will identify opportunities to enhance satisfaction and retention by providing personalised, solution-focused support to individual members and corporate customers.
What you can bring to this role:
Essential:
- You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a positive, proactive customer centric attitude
- The ability to actively listen and question around our members needs to effectively find solutions in a timely manner
- You will have excellent attention to detail and be able to coordinate effectively with a strong and diverse team to reach the right outcome for the member or customer.
- You will have experience of working with multiple systems and databases to maintain accurate and secure customer records
- Consulting skill set with presence to lead engagement with new and existing customers
Desirable:
- Experience working in a customer focussed or sales role
- Experience of working in Financial Services
