Job Description:
An exciting job opportunity available to an experienced housekeeper required for a commercial office and private residence to assist with upkeep of both properties. Additional duties extend to manning the reception desk at the office and performing clerical duties. Both properties are located within a walking distance of one another.
Ideal Candidate:
- Relevant housekeeping experience.
- Highly punctual and reliable.
- Extremely detail-oriented.
- Good experience in deep cleaning properties.
- Good multi-tasker with excellent time management.
- Flexible and available to respond to needs on short notice.
- Receptive to feedback and able to effectively implement it into their work.
- Comfortable with pets (1 cat).
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
Your responsibilities will include (Private residential property):
- General cleaning such as dusting, sweeping, wiping of all surfaces, mopping and vacuuming.
- Changing bed linens.
- Carrying out laundry duties.
- Emptying and filling up the dishwasher (hand washing dishes when necessary).
- Keeping the refrigerator, microwave, oven, and all other kitchen appliances clean.
- Taking deliveries including parcels and groceries.
- Removing of waste.
- Occasional house and pet sitting.
- Other relevant tasks may be requested.
Your responsibilities will include (Commercial office property):
- Routine cleaning tasks including dusting, wiping down surfaces, mopping and vacuuming.
- Organizing and optimizing the office supplies as needed.
- Greeting and directing visitors.
- Planning and organising weekly catering events.
- Running daily errands for both directors.
