We are seeking a dynamic, sociable, friendly and results-driven Supervisor to join our dynamic retail team and bring the Ted Lasso spirit to life every day. Duties
- Supervise daily store operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Communicate effectively with team members to foster a positive and collaborative work environment and ensure daily tasks are completed.
- Implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain inventory levels and oversee stock management processes.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling and reporting.
- Engage with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and promote products effectively.
- Utilise time management skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role is essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual abilities are an advantage.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in administrative tasks.
- Ability to manage time effectively while juggling multiple responsibilities in a busy retail setting.
