About the role
As a Retail Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of retail catering areas, ensuring the smooth delivery of service and a high-quality experience for every guest. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys motivating teams to achieve their best.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience and resolve any customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Supervise and support team members during daily operations
- Ensure clear communication between front-line staff and management
- Oversee retail catering areas, proactively identifying and resolving issues
- Handle payment transactions and process refunds accurately
- Motivate and inspire your team to maintain service excellence
Requirements
- Previous supervisory experience in a retail or hospitality environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and support a team during high-volume periods
- Calm, confident, and proactive under pressure
- High levels of empathy, professionalism, and organisational ability
