About the Role
As a key member of our team, you'll support the Retail & Hospitality Manager in the day-to-day operations of our retail and food & beverage outlets. You'll lead by example, mentor seasonal staff, and ensure our spaces are welcoming, well-stocked, and beautifully presented. From managing stock and EPOS systems to coordinating events and driving sales, your role will be central to our success.

About the Role
As a key member of our team, you'll support the Retail & Hospitality Manager in the day-to-day operations of our retail and food & beverage outlets. You'll lead by example, mentor seasonal staff, and ensure our spaces are welcoming, well-stocked, and beautifully presented. From managing stock and EPOS systems to coordinating events and driving sales, your role will be central to our success.
What You'll Do
- Deliver and champion exceptional customer service
- Supervise and support seasonal staff, including rota management
- Maintain high standards in food, beverage, and retail presentation
- Manage stock levels, deliveries, and EPOS systems
- Assist with events and corporate bookings
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and financial procedures
- Deputise for the Retail & Hospitality Manager when needed
- Experience in retail or hospitality, ideally at a visitor attraction
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Confident with IT and EPOS systems
- A team player who can nurture junior staff
- Flexible and proactive approach to work
- Food hygiene and first aid qualifications (desirable)
