Experienced Garden maintenance operative required in the Stockport area.
We currently have an opportunity available for someone in the Stockport area to join our garden maintenance round. Applicant must be hardworking, reliable, punctual, polite and willing to work in all weather conditions.
We specialize in Garden maintenance, both commercial & domestic.
Jobs that will be required of applicant-
- mowing using self driven rotary petrol mower (typically honda/hayter)
- correctly using a petrol strimmer for grass edges,
- weeding and border work,
- hedge trimming using stihl petrol hedge cutters.
- pruning
- general plant/weed knowledge
- leaf and debris clearing using petrol blower, rake & brush etc.
Preferred requirements of applicant-
- Experience in garden maintenance.
- Any knowledge on plants and petrol tools.
- must be prepared to work in all weather conditions all year round.
- abilities to communicate well with customers and work colleagues.
- UK driving license
Typical working hours -
8am-4pm
At the moment we have 2-3 days a week available. Option to increase to 4/5 days a week by end of August when an overseas employee heads back to Australia.
Tuesdays & Thursdays/Fridays needed at the moment.
Days/hours
Hourly pay £13 - 14.25 depending on abilities.
